How far in advance should I book a private Bali journey?
We recommend booking 4 to 8 weeks ahead for journeys and 2 to 4 weeks for villa stays. Peak season (July, August, December) fills fast, so contact us early for the best villa selection.
Are your prices per person or per group?
Journey pricing is per guest; villa pricing is per night for the whole villa. We confirm the final quote on WhatsApp within 24 hours.
Do you handle airport transfers and in-Bali logistics?
Yes. A private driver meets you at Ngurah Rai International Airport with a name sign, and every ground transfer throughout your stay is included in journey packages.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements and allergies?
Yes. Your preferences are shared with every restaurant, villa chef, and catering partner before you arrive.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free date change up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellation terms are specified in your booking agreement and vary by product, and we always aim to find a fair solution.
Do you speak English and Indonesian?
Yes. Our concierge team is fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and WhatsApp replies are typically within 30 minutes during Bali business hours (8am to 8pm WITA).
